We understand that medications are a significant healthcare decision, which is why we have clear policies to protect both you and our medical team. Due to the nature of prescription medications, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations.
Compounded prescription medications cannot be returned once shipped. This is a federal and state pharmacy requirement designed to protect patient safety. Once a prescription medication leaves our licensed pharmacy, it cannot be restocked, redistributed, or used by any other patient. This safeguard ensures medication integrity and prevents the risk of contamination or misuse.
If you have concerns about your medication before it arrives, contact us immediately at support@kindmd.co and we will work with you on alternatives.
You may cancel your Kind MD subscription at any time before your next shipment is processed. Cancellation is simple and fee-free:
Cancellations are effective immediately and you will not be charged for future shipments. If you cancel after a shipment has been processed, that shipment will proceed as scheduled, but no subsequent shipments will be charged.
Kind MD offers full refunds in the following circumstances:

Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery may be denied. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an issue with your order.
If your medication arrives damaged, discolored, leaking, or otherwise appears defective, do not use it. Contact us immediately at support@kindmd.co with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost. In most cases, expedited replacement shipping is provided. If the medication cannot be safely replaced, you will receive a full refund.
If you received the incorrect medication, dosage, or quantity, this is our error and we will make it right immediately. Contact us right away with your order number and details. We will ship the correct medication at no cost and may also provide a full refund or credit for the incorrect order, depending on the circumstances.
Kind MD's licensed physicians review every patient consultation. If our medical team determines that you do not meet the clinical criteria for GLP-1 therapy, or if there are contraindications to treatment based on your medical history, your prescription will not be written.
If a prescription is denied, you will never be charged. No payment will be processed and you will receive a full explanation from our medical team about why treatment is not appropriate for you at this time.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account. If you do not see your refund within 10 business days, contact us at support@kindmd.co.
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact Kind MD first at support@kindmd.co before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in service suspension.
